I’m Betina, career coach, systems thinker, ethicist, lawyer, and strategist for high-achieved women who are ready to stand out and take the next step.
I work with high-achieving women who feel invisible inside organisations or at the start of building their own. I help them understand the power structures around them, define where they belong within or beyond those structures, and build a strategy to get where they want. My approach is analytical, ethical, direct, and grounded in the belief that visibility is not a personal failing. It is a structural problem with a structural solution.

I am a career coach, lawyer, bioethicist, translator, copywriter and former political advisor. That is not a list of credentials. It is how I learned to read power from every angle it operates from: the legal, the ethical, the linguistic, the political, the strategic.
